Team Comments; Back again!
Firstly, the team name as having chatted with many it became clear that no one understands it. It is meant to reflect that several years ago the team was drawn from two delightful places in the country. The runners from Yorkshire, the white rose county and the sailors from the Isle of Wight. Time has moved on and team members changed but we have not come up with a new name.
The boat is a regular in the race, having started its 3 peaks career in 2000 it has only missed a couple of races since. It is familiar with the course and the bottom of the keel has several scrapes to prove it.
