Yachtmaster (Offshore) with approximately 5000 sea miles.  Sailed primarily in UK on west and south coast, including the Inner Hebrides, but have also sailed in S China Sea from Hong Kong and in the Baltic (non-tidal).

 

Have competed twice as skipper in the Scottish Islands Peaks Race.  Has yacht, dinghy and keelboat experience, racing and cruising.

Running:  Over 20 years of mountain experience on long distance walks and runs in UK and abroad (Alps, Pyrenees, Morocco, Cyprus, Corsica) . Completed several long distance races incl: Marathon des Sables, OMM, several cross country marathons and the West Highland Way.
