Paul is back for his 7th race.  At 70 he has been round the block a few times and has one claim to fame which is to have been rendered unconcious by a wooden leg.

Husband and father of three - he is a keen dinghy racer, boat bimbler, cyclist, snowboarder and occasional trail runner.

He has competed in a few adventure races in the past, but says this is the big one. He does love to race.

One time keen alpinist, occasional runner, not really a sailor but I did crew on a trip to St Kilda so at least I'm fairly sure that I wont get sea sick.
