Team Whistler will be competing in the Tasmanian & UK Races in 2010. The current team have completed 4 Tasmanian races. The sailors have a successful offshore record, and they have raced the Tasmanian Whistler in the Sydney-Hobart, Melbourne-Hobart & Launceston-Hobart. Skipper David has completed a Fastnet Race & previously won Cowes Week. Runner Jacqui Guy has raced in 12 Tas Three Peaks Races & 2010 will be Michael McIntyre’s 3rd.
When not doing Three Peaks Jacqui & Michael can be found doing road marathons, multi-sport events & ridiculously long runs through the bush.
Team Whistler won the 2010 Tasmanian Three Peaks Race.
Team Whistler have chartered the experienced 3P yacht ‘Lightning Reflex - we figure it has done the race so many times it should know the way.
